· Participate in the feasibility study and preliminary preparation of project implementation planning, prepare and implement the development plan of the overall project development;
· Plan, coordinate and control the development process including quality, schedule, cost, safety, etc. in accordance with the timeline requirements of the overall project development plan;
· Responsible for the delivery and inspection of buildings at the time of completion and for all matters from construction to delivery of the project;
· Responsible for relationship building and maintenance of external organizations and coordination of project approval and construction procedures;
· Participate in the formulation of sales plan, cooperate and supervise the implementation of marketing plan.
